I'm going dotty!

I have been using some of my Swell fabric this weekend for the Homespun project, you will have to wait until July 2008 to see the project in full but there will be so much to see and do between now and then I don't think you will mind...and I think it will be worth the wait

Do you remember me telling you about my huge ricrac way back here?
I bet you wondered what I was going to do with it....actually, to be honest with you I have been wondering what to do with it for a while and this seemed like the perfect project.

Now you can see here why I have been going dotty lately...but, for all the right reasons of course!

With another project completed it is now time to start working on something new for the next retreats at The Country Quilter and at Honeysuckle Cottage.  There are birds nesting outside my studio window at the moment, so I have been blessed with some wonderful inspiration, when I pop back next time I will tell you all about the adventures penciled in the diary for the next few months!

Take care

Just came across your blog today - was searching to see if anyone "out there" was loving the "Swell" line as much as I was. I love what you did the fabrics. I cut up my jelly roll last night - to make into a quilt - will post about it soon.
