Stitch. sew. write. repeat.
Those four words seem to sum up my days lately, but having said that - it seems to bring out the best form of creativity with little or no procrastination. I even enjoyed pattern writing this week (with a little help from Twitter and Monica) it was a chance to cross something off my to do list and start on two new designs.
Here are some of the projects 'messing' up my creative space. Nice kind of mess though. I don't even mind if they take up permanent residency.
If you are booked into Inspired Stitches or thinking about signing up it is another glimpse at what is in store for you. They are one of the most addictive things I have made. I couldn't stop at one and if I didn't have another deadline who knows how many I would have now.
While I am on the subject of creative space - this is what is inspiring me.
I have been looking for toadstools to photograph and this pair just happened to be growing in our backyard, I will have to keep an eye out for more. They are so delicate, I would have missed them altogether had Isabelle not taken a keen interest in them too.
Then a little further on we found dandelion seeds, just as delicate and simply beautiful.
How could they not inspire?
