What's flat, postable, cute and ready to travel with her bag packed?
If you guessed Flat Nat you are 100% right - the patterns are ready and I wonder are you itching to stitch her too? Have you got the Flat Nat bug?
I can see her sitting beside you while you sew, she is ever so quiet and doesn't eat much.
Here is a picture from the pattern cover, there are so many different parts of Flat Nat to photograph. From her Babushka back with pocket, to her sweet stitched front, suitcase and packed contents I thought the only way to capture her for the cover was with a collection of my favorites from the photo shoot.
If you would like to read more about her pop your head in here.
Keep a look out for her at your local/online quilt store or ask sweetly and they might order a copy in just for you. Just be warned, I think she will be addictive. I have fabric in mind to make a few more when the opportunity knocks.
**Update** - Flat Nat patterns and kits (complete with fabric and threads) are now available at Quilt Fabric Delights so if you are keen to make a Flat Nat just like mine pop over and place your order.
I can't wait to hear where she travels to next and what countries she will see!
Maybe your place?
Till then,
Natalie x
PS. You still have time to enter the latest fabric giveaway so pop over and have a peek.
My niece is over in your country visiting her mother. Flat nat is so precious. I love the colors. You are so talented!

Shirley, Sarah and Cara,
I found Flat Nat at Mulberry Hill:
http://www.mulberryhillquilts.com/item_303/Flat-Nat.htm
Sugar Cookies II is at Fresh Squeezed Fabrics on Etsy (ships out from the US)...couldn't find it anywhere else online on this side of the pond.
Can't you just imagine several dozen of these hanging on the tree in different fabrics?!
Natalie, you are so talented!

I will have to add this pattern to my others of yours that I am stockpiling to begin making! I have a daughter named Natalie that we call "nat" and I MUST make one for her!! Your talent is absolutely breathtaking - we all love it and my granddaughter has picked her pattern for me to make for her!! I think I will teacher HER how to make them!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful talent with us all!Teri Dingler

Nat I entered the giveaway and hope it is ok that I borrowed the picture to show the prize. But I just looked at the post below the giveaway one and chuckled at the similarities to flat Nat and flat Cat.......maybe I need to start sketching.....LOL. Most unlikely. I am not artistic in the pen to paper department.
But it may give you a chuckle to see an animal flat ???

I can't wait to have my own Flat Nat. I have a trip planned for her in September! Now I just need the pattern! I think Flat Nat will be taking over the Travelocity gnome!
