Like you I like the phrase reverse stitching too is sounds so much better than unpicking.....

Do you use your walking foot for binding? I have never heard of that before.....

I just discovered my 8 year old has a thing for the stitch ripper, after a few minutes of top-stitching needed to come out. I love her!

Thank you for sharing that even the most wonderful of quilters have everyday sewing issues :) Hugs to you!

My you have been busy Nat! I love you newest batch of designs, especially your owl quilt...love the modern colours! Great post and thanks for sharing an honest quilters moment. X Amanda

I Learned the Phrase'reverse stitching' many years ago from one of my first patchwork teachers..it was a nice way of saying Yep Unpicking Again!..lol.
We All live by Mistakes in our Patchwork World that's what Makes us Better at It!
Thanks for Sharing..
cheers

I call "reverse stitching" the "frog stitch", because you "rip-it, rip-it"! :^)

"Reverse stitching", I like that! I think we all do our share of reverse stitching if we want to be truly happy with the finished product.

Beijos!!! Boa Sorte!!!

You have such a posiive attitude Nat. If that was me I would be having a little sewing sulk right now :(
