Pinch me.
Two posts in one day?
It's all for good reason - due to popular demand and many emails Woodland Faeries is now available in paper pattern format complete with iron on transfers.
Faeries (Old English spelling / faerie: wee folk, good folk, people of peace)
This design was previously only available as a pdf pattern, but you can imagine how long it takes to trace this beauty....forever. I decided to transfer the design onto hankey linen last night in the studio and within 5 minutes I was ready to put my feet up and stitch the night away *love* - I may never trace again.
If you are wondering about the inspiration for my Woodland fabric line.....it all began with this one stitchery, can you tell? I guess that can be a whole post on it's own.
Enjoy Woodland Faeries & grab a copy from your favorite patchwork store....
Till then,
Natalie x

You have great patterns but the ones I want are not available in the USA. Can I buy them directly from you?

i received your lovely book for a birthday present and seem to have difficulty reaching you by e.mail, i just had a question about pressing. Your work always looks super smooth I just finished the bits and bobs embroidery and pressed using a damp cloth on top, but it is no where near as smooth as yours what is your secret if you don't mind sharing it, really enjoying the embroidery thanks Helen Summers

I traced it, and am now trying to "read" my lines, so that I can stitch it! Beautiful pattern though.
