It's July and I have been stitching and drawing Christmas designs, my all time favorite time of the year - something about the magic of the season that makes this time of year special.
The lovely Sarah from Quilt Fabric Delights invited me to be a part of Chistmas in July a few months ago and I have been secretly drawing and stitiching something special for those who are taking part. There are still spaces available if you wish to sign up - it is an amazing program where you not only meet friends from the other side of the world but also have access to some fabulous projects throughout the month of July.
Part of the fun is the projects are kept secret until the launch date, although little sneek peeks are allowed (see below). My design will be exclusive to Quilt Fabric Delights for the duration of the Christmas in July program so pop over and sign up.
I hear it's my day tomorrow! trust me, you will love it.....
As part of the fun Sarah has also set up an online chat room exclusively for those who have signed up. I plan to pop in this Friday night to meet and chat with ladies from around the globe, it is fast and fun, in real time and loads of fun - a great opportunity to ask question on the design & drawing process or just to drop by and say hello! Keep an eye on my Facebook and I will let you know when I am in the chat room, if you make it be sure to wave & say hi to me.
This is the second time I have been a part of the festive Christmas fun, my project from the very first season back in 2010 was called Snowballs and it is still one of my favorite Christmas designs on range (and most popular)

That is so darn cute! I can see how it's so popular. I love that the embroidered circle is a different person, not just a repeat of the same pattern.. Adds personality to the pattern. Cute, cute!
