Oh my.....
Little Red Riding Hood by Tasha Noel for Riley Blake Designs just arrived in my studio and I LOVE, love, love it - it's due to arrive in stores around March. Yes, you need some.
The emerald green is the icing on the cake, it's perfect
.....better than perfect, because I have been stitching in the evening when the house is at peace and it's all about green.
I love how these two play together, it's COSMO 273 if you wish to race out and grab some. I think it could become my most favorite green ever I love it that much.
I have also continued with my sketch a day project and I love what comes into my mind each day - thank you for the blog comments and direct messages via email, Facebook and Instagram (#cinderberries) after the last post. I am thrilled to hear you enjoy seeing what Stanley might get up to next - so I have decided to show you the next two sketches in my journal.
The more I draw the more I love the process and direction, yes they are coming alive.
They make me smile, laugh, imagine.
But where has Stanley been these few days?
I will let the sketch answer your questions.......
3/365 'Two's Company'
I love the matching stripe leg warmers and long lashes.
But, you know what they say about rabbits.....STANLEY!
4/365 'Oops' three boys and a girl.
Eeeeeep! cutie patooties all wrapped up.
Everytime I look at these guys I think of the old Bigpond TV add the Great Wall of China and the 100 questions my daughter asks.
till then,
Natalie x

Happiness is not about being immortal nor having food or rights in one's hand. It’s about having each tiny wish come true, or having something to eat when you are hungry or having someone's love when you need love.

Love Stanley's wide eyed look - who me??? My fathers name was Stanley and his government job revolved around rabbits and control of rabbits. Seems the elusive rabbit has the last laugh. I look forward to reading more about Stanley and can't wait for his formal debut, with his family of course. Go green!

I love Stanley and his new adventures. Where is the Emperor Nasi Goreng when you might need him?
I'm with you on the green, Natalie. It's so fresh and cheerful. I think because it's summer and everything is brown, I love a bit of green. Should be more of it.
Looking forward to the further adventures of Stanley and the family. :)
